Intervention of elected officials and actors of the Fessenheim and Bitche territories, great witnesses of the actions carried out locally to engage their territories in the change (presentation of eco-territory projects (in their environmental, ecological, energetic, economic, societal dimensions...), or of actions targeted on issues such as biodiversity for example.
